Companies engaging EA Recruitment Group for recruitment services agree that:
- All roles and hiring requirements shared with us will be described accurately and in good faith
- Candidate profiles shared by us are confidential and may not be forwarded to third parties or used in any way other than for the evaluation of the specific role discussed
- Fees, timelines, and service terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of any search
- Any candidate introduced by EA Recruitment Group who is subsequently hired — whether through our process or independently within an agreed timeframe — may be subject to the agreed placement fee
Full commercial terms will be set out in a separate engagement letter or terms of business document provided at the start of each assignment.
