Candidate Terms

  • You have the legal right to work in the markets you are being considered for, or will disclose any restrictions clearly

  • You consent to your profile being shared with prospective employers identified by our team, unless you instruct us otherwise
  • You will notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances or availability

We will always aim to act in your best interests and will not share your details with any employer without discussing the opportunity with you first.

Client Terms

Companies engaging EA Recruitment Group for recruitment services agree that:

  • All roles and hiring requirements shared with us will be described accurately and in good faith
  • Candidate profiles shared by us are confidential and may not be forwarded to third parties or used in any way other than for the evaluation of the specific role discussed
  • Fees, timelines, and service terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of any search
  • Any candidate introduced by EA Recruitment Group who is subsequently hired — whether through our process or independently within an agreed timeframe — may be subject to the agreed placement fee

Full commercial terms will be set out in a separate engagement letter or terms of business document provided at the start of each assignment.
